return policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and your order number at desarnold@mayabags.org so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Each MayaBag is handcrafted by Maya women artisans, and slight variations in color, size, and pattern are natural and part of its uniqueness. To preserve quality, store your bag in a cool, dry place and spot clean gently with a damp cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture.
international shipping
Orders are shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail and typically arrive within 4–10 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times are approximate and may be extended due to customs processing in the destination country. All goods are declared as commercial merchandise at full retail value, and customers are responsible for any applicable import taxes, duties, or fees required by local regulations. If a shipment is returned to us due to non-delivery, the customer is responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the cost to resend the order.
